With a strong emphasis on patient and caregiver education the Clinic offers primary care, consultative assessments, and medication management therapy to older adults with or at risk for dementia such as Alzheimer’s disease.

Services include initial evaluations, second opinions, assessment and management of behavioral or psychiatric problems accompanying memory disorders, primary care for memory loss, referrals from community physicians for evaluation, consultation, and ongoing care.

Provides both primary care as well as consultative care to people 65 and older. Senior Care works with the older adult’s primary care physician if the patient presents for evaluation of geriatric syndromes such as functional decline or memory loss.

Care for Alzheimer’s disease includes cognitive function assessments, symptom management, emotional support, and opportunities to participate in clinical trials as part of the patient’s treatment plan.

Patients with memory disorders, such as Alzheimer’s disease, are evaluated and receive an accurate diagnosis and a personalized treatment plan. In many cases, patients will have the opportunity to participate in a clinical trial and access experimental medications and therapies.
